Click on the title of your blog at the top of the dashboard —> Settings —> Ask —> Let people ask questions —> Save preferences

2) How to change Tumblr portrait?

Click on the title of your blog at the top of the dashboard —> Settings —> Portrait Photo —> Save preferences

3) How to change title, description?

Click on the title of your blog at the top of the dashboard —> Customize —> Title/Description —> Save

3) How to change fonts, colours, etc? How to add sidebar image, background?

Click on the title of your blog at the top of the dashboard —> Customize —> Appearance —> Save

4) How to add links to themes by simplynorule?
